Renowned Film maker Muzaffar Ali shall grace the evening as Sadarat and Prof Akhlaq Ahan JNU New Delhi shall be the Special Guest. Distinguished poets from AMU Aligarh, Lucknow, JNU Delhi, Leh and Kargil will recite their "nazms" on the occasion.
